Function characteristics
This machine can form bag, fill material, seal, print, punch hole and count by itself. Apply double serve vacuum film-pull system, stable film-supply, reliable, accurate, horizontal seal use serve motor to drive, high speed, low noisy. All function of the machine is controlled by PLC, the worker can set all parameter on the PLC, easy to operate, and quick work.
This device consists of components such as a host, a combination scale, and a material conveyor. It is driven by a stepper motor and has the characteristics of stable operation, low noise, and long service life. Fully automatic completion of the entire process from feeding, measuring, bag making to product output, with a measurement accuracy error within ± 1.5g, and supporting fine adjustment of the opening and closing speed of the hopper door to prevent material breakage. Its vacuum cooling technology can achieve uniform cooling of food within 5-15 minutes, avoiding bacterial growth temperature zones.
